Artist Ilit Azoulay launches an immersive digital platform to accompany her exhibition ‘Queendom’, currently on view at the Israel Pavilion of the 59th International Art Exhibition – La Biennale di Venezia from April 23 to November 27, 2022.

The new digital platform features detailed reproductions of the works in ‘Queendom’ alongside contextual materials and insights that delve into the artist’s unique photographic and archive-based methodology.
The platform also features special programming that will be added throughout the exhibition, including newly released conversations between the artist and the pavilion’s curator Dr. Shelley Harten, Curator for Contemporary and Modern Art and History, Jewish Museum Berlin, as well as poetry readings by Hanin Hannouch, Sheikha Helawy, and Anat Zecharia, among other programming.

The site is now live at queendom.str-ing.org and will be available for the duration of the Biennale.
