Nezaket Ekici and Shahar Marcus in a dual exhibition at Städtische Galerie Nordhorn

Both Ekici and Marcus address social, political and religious issues in their work, and, since 2012, the two maintain an ongoing collaboration titled “In Relation”. Their performances symbolize and react to cultural differences in an attempt to enrich the perception of the “other”, rather than disconnect, and allow for the overcoming of the boundaries they approach.
