David Adika’s current solo show “Black Market” is in fact a direct extension of the artist’s ongoing interest in decorative objects imprinted with the identity of interior environments and the mundane, and through which cultural tension is often reflected.
Previous works by Adika are now included in “Print for the Masses” at Hermann Struck Museum in Haifa. The group exhibition concerns the medium of print, which today has become a diverse medium that combines traditional printmaking with new materials and production methods expanding the range of options and possibilities in the print medium.
