Ruth Patir talks to Dana Gillerman about her upcoming show at CCA Tel Aviv


‘Marry, Fuck Kill’ is the name Ruth Patir has titled her new work, featured in the upcoming exhibition ‘Stumbling Through the Uncanny Valley: Sculpture and Self in the Age of Computer Generated Imagery’ at CCA Tel-Aviv. In an interview with Dana Gillerman Patir discusses the subjects tackled in her works, among them her recent work ‘Faking a Smile is Easier than Explaining Why I’m Sad’ (2019) on view last month at Braverman Gallery, and the roll and responsibility of an artist creating digital imagery and data.
