September 2015
The exhibition is based on the life story of Pini Balabin. Pini was released from Sing Sing Prison In February 2015.
A photo of Pini underwater, a series of eighteen etchings that tell the story of his life, and a soundtrack in which Pini tells about his imprisonment and release were exhibited in the Gallery.
The installation imagined the gallery as being submerged under water, thus emphasizing its being a cellar. The work was intended to examine how to tell a life story through art.
