Hell, Yes! Video Works from the Heather and Tony Podesta Collection

Nathalie Djurberg (b. 1978, Sweden) creates highly critical stop-motion videos by employing erotic and violent scenes with figures made of Plasticine. Djurberg’s video works are accompanied by music composed by Hans Berg. Four video works will be screened at the Bakery: Didn’t You Know I’m Made of Butter and I’m a Wild Animal from 2011, Badain from 2005 and Tiger Licking Girl’s Butt from 2004. These works are absurd and ludicrous, but at the same time also morbid and savage.Nathalie Djurberg received her MFA from the Malmö Art Academy in Sweden.
