Ruth Patir is a video and new media artist. Selected solo exhibitions include Hamidrasha Gallery (Tel Aviv, 2018) and Danspace Projects (New York, 2017). Her works have been showcased at venues such as MoMA Museum of Modern Art (New York), Petach Tikva Museum of Art, Anthology Film Archive (New York) Kav16 Gallery (Tel Aviv), and Flux Factory (New York). Patir was awarded the 2018 Young Artist Video Prize. Her work Sleepers won first place in the Jerusalem Film Festival Experimental Film and Video section 2017. She holds a BFA from the Bezalel Academy of Art and Design, and an MFA from Columbia University, New York. Patir was recently selected for the sixth edition of Artport TLV Residency Program.
