As residential units have reached a certain population density cities, the social and cultural organization with a structure that contains different social classes (or dissolution) are the most important centers. Differences Throughout history, different cultures and ideas for the city that brings together, at the same time social, intellectual, technological, and have constituted the starting point of artistic development and a variety of disciplines, with everyone’s participation in the open communication and areas of action include such familiar possibilities for joint work, relationships outside the private life and events made it compulsory. However, largely civilization synonymous thought to be the city, it can vary according to the different socio-economic development of the conceptual content and all social classes who have to comply with the urban rules in order to live in the city can not benefit from the opportunities provided by the city to the same extent. In this context, urban justice, and overall income distribution in a society based on the distribution of the poor – middle – can be read as an issue directly related to the relationship between the rich classes. Income inequalities between social classes, forming the pillars of the intellectual life of the city of art and culture, the reach of each segment can be handled at the same rate as one of the most important reasons.
